The coronavirus lockdown is affecting everyone, everywhere and we were so sad to have to cancel our much anticipated Easter Camp in April. We have been keeping in close contact with our families via text and calls, and checking everyone is ok.
But here at KOT we don’t like leaving our children and their families in the lurch, so we decided some treats were in order! A fabulous team of volunteers who braved the outside world delivered baking kits and Easter eggs to each family and we have had some fabulous feedback from grateful children (and families who enjoyed the baking results!).
While lockdown continues there are plans for more deliveries soon, and we continue to offer support and a friendly word to anyone who needs a virtual hug!
