What a way to finish the summer holidays – a 3 day trip to Magdalen Farm in Somerset with a number of children across years 8 & 9. It was fun, it was action packed and it was EXHAUSTING!
We orienteered, we had river raft races, we fed animals and we built dens. We face painted, we had team challenges, few days on the farm, enjoying a range of different activities from orienteering to river raft races, to feeding animals, collecting eggs, pizza making and group challenges. Just when we thought we might relax for 5 minutes we whizzed off to the the zip wire, played card games and built our own wood fires.
And finally – who doesn’t love a low rope challenge, or getting wet in the river, followed by making a smoothie by pedalling a bike?!
