The sun shone, the rain stayed away and we had the most brilliant October camp. We had approximately 47 children with us for two days, and lots of new enthusiastic faces. The activities were plentiful, including tag rugby, cooking, Hallowe’en games, rocket making with the inventive Simon Tween, and arts & crafts with the wonderful Kate from Mylo Art.
At the end of the first day we piled into the minibuses to the Pick Your Own Farm in St Mary Bourne and almost lost 47 over excited children (and grown ups) in acres of perfect pumpkins. On Monday the children had the opportunity to get as creative as they liked carving their creations, once their manicures had dried – courtesy of the fabulous Alex and her team from CocoStar Parties who brought us our very own nail salon for the day!
